Blueverde Studio played an instrumental role in crafting the Annual Report 2022 for the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), enriching it with captivating design elements, insightful infographics, detailed graphs, and meticulous layout. Through these visual components, the report effectively showcases IUCN's unparalleled global leadership in nature conservation, underscored by its profound scientific expertise and bold ambitions. Blueverde Studio's strategic design choices not only emphasize IUCN's commitment to overcoming biodiversity and climate challenges but also highlight the organization's democratic and inclusive mandate, reinforcing its pivotal role in guiding the world towards sustainable solutions for a thriving planet.
The Restoration Initiative (TRI) – a path-breaking Global Environment Facility (GEF) programme supporting 10 Asian and African countries in achieving shared restoration goals.
Blueverde Studio assisted IUCN, FAO and UNEP for 3 years in the development of the Restoration Initiative (TRI) reports by employing a comprehensive approach to design, infographics, graphs, and layout. Through strategic design choices and visually engaging representations, Blueverde Studio ensured that the message of the report resonated powerfully, conveying the urgency and importance of action in this critical area.
Blueverde has worked closely with the ETC-UMA team in the development of several scientific reports and informative infographics, a factsheets catalogue and a web portal.
Our latest role was to create the design and layout of the report “Carbon pools and sequestration potential of wetlands in the European Union“ which findings argue that European wetlands have an enormous capacity to contribute to carbon neutrality objectives in Europe. We also developed four infographics that visually explains the ecological role and social benefits associated with different types of wetlands.
In line with Blueverdes corporate mission, our team feels very proud to be contributing to the goal of making wetland conservation and restoration a high priority for the EU in reaching climate neutrality by 2050.
